Are Human Beings Capable of Truly Integrating or Uniting? Traveling in and through 93 countries over the past 42 years and 49 US states since 1950 while studying and speaking about

Leading, Communicating, Teaming & Creative Thinking

one of the various key things I have learned is that

PEOPLE ARE FUNNY

culture, education (amount and type), age, race, religion and numerous other variables tend to SEPARATE of DIVIDE people.

Seeing the variables as forms of DIVERSITY not DIFFERENCES that can strength friendship, teams, groups countries has been a chosen focus of mine since the mid-80s when DIVERSITY was a HOT BUTTON, BUZZWORD and TOPIC so many companies willingly paid large sums of money to LEARN.

Unfortunately very few truly have learned or made DIVERSITY a strength.

The USA is generally the most diverse nation on the earth and longest consistent form of government since its inception yet as a country we have NEVER truly capitalized on our various forms of DIVERSITY.

Especially the past few years.

All the efforts to rid this country of segregation and polar hatred have CHANGED VERY LITTLE in my lifetime.

As a frequent visitor to Singapore, I have heard the Chairman Lee song and dance about how INTEGRATED and Multi-National Singapore is. My personal experiences combined with reading since 2001 during 16 separate visits that it is mostly SMOKE & MIRRORS similar to Mauritius when they claim to be a truly integrated country.
